Scene Studio is a boutique experience studio based in Slovenia, offering curated workshops, creative experiences, wellness events, and private events.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

Spaces at our experiences are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

You are responsible for ensuring that the booking information you provide is accurate.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Event Changes

While we make every effort to deliver our experiences as advertised, Scene Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

• Workshop content
• Instructors or facilitators
• Event timings

where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Participant Responsibility

By attending a Scene Studio event, you agree to:

• Follow any instructions provided by our team or facilitators.
• Treat venues, equipment, and fellow participants with respect.
• Behave in a manner that does not disrupt the experience of others.

Scene Studio reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, without refund.

7. Health & Wellbeing

Some experiences may include light physical activities such as yoga, mat pilates, walking tours, or other wellness sessions.

By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that may affect your participation, please inform us before the event.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

8. Photography & Content

Photography and video may be taken during our events for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website and social media channels.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform a member of the Scene Studio team upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, branding, logos, text, and event concepts, is the property of Scene Studio unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Partners

Some experiences are hosted in collaboration with partner venues, instructors, or brands.

While we carefully select our partners, Scene Studio is not responsible for services provided directly by third-party businesses outside of the agreed event experience.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scene Studio shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or accidents occurring during participation, except where caused by our negligence.
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only collect information necessary to process bookings, communicate with guests, and improve our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
