Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Scene Studio, each workshop and experience is thoughtfully planned and prepared in advance. As many of our events involve fresh materials, venue bookings, and catering arranged specifically for our guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellations by Guests

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

• More than 3 days (72 hours) before the event: You are eligible for a refund of your ticket price minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other transaction fees incurred during your purchase).
• Within 3 days (72 hours) of the event: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, as preparations and purchases for the event will already have been made.

Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no additional cost.

Please email us at hello@scenestudio.eu with the new attendee's name and email address at least 24 hours before the event so we can update our guest list.

Event Cancellation by Scene Studio

In the unlikely event that Scene Studio needs to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances, low attendance, venue issues, instructor availability, or other reasons beyond our control, guests will be offered one of the following:

• A full refund, including any payment processing fees paid. or
• A transfer to a future event. or
• Store credit for the full value of the booking.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend an event without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the best experience for all participants, workshops and experiences will begin on time. If you arrive late, you are welcome to join the session where possible, but we cannot guarantee a full experience or extend the event.

Photography

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let a member of the Scene Studio team know upon arrival, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

Minimum Attendance

Some experiences require a minimum number of participants to run. If an event does not reach the required attendance, Scene Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another experience.
